    My arch nemesis....

Everyone has that... person or thing that they are constantly battling.

    It could be..
    a) your enemy
    b) your weight
    c) yourself
    d) your neighbors
    e) your parents

    A list of things.....

I have finally acknowledged my nemesis.
    And it is.. homework.
It's something I'm always battling and never getting that feeling of accomplishment.
It has nothing to do with the amount of work I'm given.. It has to do with my impeccable way of procrastination.
I put the 'pro' in procrastination.

In 2010, I've decided to conquer my arch nemesis.

Who or what is your arch nemesis and how will you overcome them/it?

    How realistic.

Have you ever had love that seemed just like a sappy romance movie?

    2010

So every 365 days, the 'new year's resolution' trend starts. I've never really jumped on this bandwagon..
But I thought.. Hm, what the hell, I might as well.

Then I was completely stuck.. How cliche would it be to say:
My New Year's Resolution is to....
    a) lose weight.
    b) get organized.
    c) go to the gym weekly.
    d) not procrastinate.
    e) volunteer.

It's still early 2010.. Only January 2nd.. So I still have plenty of time to think of something really good, something worth while.

    What is your N.Y.R.?

    ..weight..

So.... I was killing time watching ^mindless television^, pathetically enough.

On MTV's: True Life, there was an episode, something along the lines of, 'Happy to be Fat'.
    All I could think was, W O W.. really?

A woman actually became overweight, purposely...
Not implying that every female should look like this:

Because I definitely agree, that chick looks sick..

But.. gaining excessive weight is just as disgusting.

I barely want to see someone my own size running around on the beach in a skimpy bikini, let alone, some lady who is 100 pounds overweight.
I understand being happy in your own skin.. But maybe people shouldn't be happy with that.

To intertwine all of my previous statements, 'happy' overweight people want to be 'accepted' and want people to understand that they love their weight.
But I do not see it ever becoming socially acceptable to be overweight, purposely.

I consider it supporting an unhealthy lifestyle.
Lets just teach kids this instead:
If your self esteem is high enough, forget your health, be overweight.

    ..stress..

I have yet to figure out where all of my life's stress comes from.
It's like, I can be overridden with stress but not have a thing in the world to worry about.

I'm incapable of finding a serious way to manage my stress.

What are some things you do to control it?
